Murder trial of alleged neo-Nazi delayed again in Virginia
FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) – The trial of a Virginia man with alleged neo-Nazi sympathies accused of murdering his girlfriend’s mother and father has been delayed after incriminating statements he made have been tossed out by a choose.
Prosecutors are interesting a ruling issued earlier this month by a choose presiding over the homicide trial of Nicholas Giampa.
He was simply 17 when he was arrested in 2017 and charged with the homicide of 48-year-old Scott Fricker and 43-year-old Buckley Kuhn-Fricker of their Herndon, Virginia, house.
The case attracted nationwide consideration due to proof Giampa espoused Nazi philosophies.
The choose says police didn’t correctly advise Giampa of his proper to stay silent.
