Texas Senate passes bills aimed at strengthening state’s power grid

Two payments aimed toward strengthening the Texas energy grid has handed within the Texas Senate.

State Senator Charles Schwertner, of Georgetown, authored the payments.

Senate Invoice 6 established the Texas Vitality Insurance coverage Program, and creates funding mechanisms for future development of electricity-generating amenities.

Senate Invoice 7 establishes pointers for annual reporting of prices and legislative must reliably run the ERCOT energy grid.
