TYLER, Texas (KLTV) -An East Texas native has been turning trash into artwork for twelve years now. David Wallace of Tyler says it’s a novel approach to recycle, brighten up houses, and train others the way to make one thing out of nothing.
David Wallace has been dwelling in Tyler for 45 years and began turning trash into artwork when he and his spouse moved again to Tyler from overseas 12 years in the past.
They gave away all their issues and needed extra of an industrial-style residence. That’s when Wallace started making his artwork.
