South Carolina officer ran over victim after hit-and-run incident, police report says
NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WLOS) — A North Charleston Police Officer ran over a sufferer after they’d been struck in a hit-and-run. A police report of the incident mentioned officers responded March 21 to the scene of a reported hit-and-run on Dorchester Highway close to Leeds Avenue. The sufferer, 26-year-old Romeile Codrey, had been struck by an SUV or minivan whereas making an attempt to cross Dorchester Highway. Codrey was laying within the highway, when an NCPD officer drove over him.
