The Columbia Police Division has obtained an arrest warrant for 21-year-old Amari Honest-Jamal Smith, Police Chief Skip Holbrook introduced in a press briefing Monday afternoon, asking for anybody who sees him or is aware of of his whereabouts to name 911.
