LeCroy goes 2-3 with 2 RBI as South Carolina wins at Winthrop 5-2

ROCK HILL (USC SID) – The College of South Carolina baseball staff scored as soon as within the eighth inning and two instances within the ninth to interrupt a 2-all tie and provides the Gamecocks a 5-2 win Wednesday evening (April 20) at Winthrop Ballpark.

Carolina opened the scoring by plating two runs within the high of the primary. Brandt Belk and Braylen Wimmer singled to guide off. Belk moved to 3rd on a double play and scored on a wild pitch. Andrew Eyster then walked and scored on Talmadge LeCroy’s double to proper.

LeCroy, Wimmer and Michael Braswell had two hits apiece within the win, whereas LeCroy drove in a pair.
