Man Arrested On Arson Complaint In Connection To NE OKC Apartment Fire

A person has been arrested on an arson grievance after an house hearth that occurred Saturday night in northeast Oklahoma Metropolis, based on the Oklahoma Metropolis Hearth Division.

Firefighters responded to the scene at round 10:52 p.m. close to East Wilshire Boulevard and North Kelley Avenue.

Firefighters stated they investigated the house and located a number of fires set in numerous areas of the house unit. 

All of the fires have been small and contained, based on firefighters.

The suspect admitted to setting the fires after investigators questioned him.

The suspect stated he set the fires to attempt to kill snakes within the wall, and he additionally admitted that he knew setting the fireplace was unsuitable.

The suspect was arrested on the grievance of first-degree arson.
