WATCH: Bear walks through North Carolina town
ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WSPA) — It wasn’t a beary regular day in downtown Asheville.
In keeping with the Asheville Police Division, officers responded to an uncommon name Thursday afternoon of a bear strolling round downtown.
Police stated the black bear, sporting a Wildlife enforcement monitoring collar appeared to desire a day within the park.
Within the video, the bear is seen crossing the road utilizing the crosswalk.
The black bear ended its downtown stroll by climbing a tree within the Pritchard Park space.
The police division stated that is the third time officers have assisted in getting bears out of the downtown space previously three weeks.
