Mostly sunny skies with near normal to slightly above normal low 80s will be expected in North Carolina. Air quality levels are forecast to reach a Code Yellow for unusually sensitive individuals and those with underlying health issues as smoke from the wildfires in Nova Scotia stream into Virginia and North Carolina.
