RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) — The North Carolina State Freeway Patrol is getting extra eyes within the sky.
The company unveiled a Bell 429 helicopter, the latest addition to its aviation fleet Thursday throughout a ceremony in Raleigh.
The celebration occurred on the State Freeway Patrol Aviation Hanger on East Tryon Street.
The NCSHP mentioned the helicopter will additional develop the Patrol’s mission of saving lives throughout the state using aviation property.
