North Carolina enters into agreement with Denmark to boost wind power energy off coast

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) — North Carolina entered a global settlement to advance the event of wind farms off the coast.

North Carolina Secretary of Commerce Machelle Baker Sanders and Director Normal Kristoffer Bottzauw of the Danish Vitality Company signed the settlement earlier this morning.

The Cooperation on Offshore Wind Vitality and Associated Sectors settlement, will tremendously improve North Carolina’s means to develop offshore wind power, in accordance with the secretary of commerce.
