MANTEO, N.C. (WITN) – A Virginia teenager is lifeless after an accident at Cape Hatteras Nationwide Seashore.

Seashore regulation enforcement rangers say they responded to a 911 name about a teen being trapped in a gap about .10 mile East of off-road car ramp 49 in Frisco.

Household and pals went on the lookout for the boy and located him buried below a number of toes of sand, brought on by parts of the adjoining dune collapsing into the opening, in accordance with Seashore regulation enforcement.
