Louisiana girl, 7, dies after pit bull attack; dog’s owner arrested
A 7-year-old woman died Friday after being attacked by a pit bull in East Baton Rouge, Louisiana, authorities stated. The canine’s proprietor has been arrested.
The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Workplace stories that the assault occurred at about 6:30 p.m. native time Friday. The woman was rushed to a hospital, the place she later died from her accidents, the sheriff’s workplace stated. She was not instantly recognized.
The canine’s proprietor, recognized as 20-year-old Erick Lopez, was taken into custody on allegations of negligent murder, based on a possible trigger kind obtained by CBS Information.
