Georgia Gause Mullis, 64, of Bainbridge, GA, handed away Saturday, April 16, 2022.

The memorial service will probably be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Bryant Funeral Dwelling Chapel with Pastor Scott Messer officiating.

Georgia Anne Gause was born March 15, 1958, in Bainbridge, GA, the daughter of Carlton “Bud” and Anne Moye Gause. She was a graduate of Bainbridge Christian College. Georgia earned a bachelor’s diploma from the College of Georgia and a grasp’s diploma in Early Childhood from Troy State College. Georgia served as a classroom instructor in Decatur County Faculties for over thirty years. The spotlight of which was being one of many first Pre-Kindergarten lecturers within the system. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Georgia was a candy soul with a sort spirit. She cherished everybody (together with her animals that she thought-about virtually human) and noticed the very best in each individual. Typically she inspired people who felt discouraged, complimented those that felt “lower than”, and impressed these dealing with troublesome choices on their journey. By nature, Georgia was a giver. She gave of her time, her skills and her treasures with full abandon. Georgia knew the significance of household and felt it was the cornerstone to life. Alani, Zeke, and Sadie loved being spoiled by GiGi and can have lasting recollections of studying collectively and studying issues solely a GiGi may train you.

Survivors embrace her husband of 34 years, Al Mullis; her kids, Leigh Mullis Powell (Zach) of Brinson and Dana Gribbins (Kevin) of Donalsonville; her grandchildren, Alani, Zeke, and Sadie; her sisters, Kaye Cox (Timmy) and Beth Hollis-Grubbs (BJ); her shut buddy, Marva Hay; and a number of prolonged household. Georgia was preceded in dying by her mother and father.

The Mullis Household extends their honest gratitude for the type and compassionate care supplied by Meme, Julie, Carli, and Marla.
