The City of Augusta hosts Easter egg drop
AUGUSTA, Ga (WJBF)- Prepare children!
Mayor Hardie Davis and the Metropolis of Augusta will host the sixth annual Easter Egg Drop, Good Friday afternoon.
Mayor Davis and Augusta Deputy Hearth Chief Shaw Williams, Jr. will be part of within the enjoyable.
Hundreds of colourful, treat-filled Easter eggs will probably be dropped from a ladder fireplace truck for youngsters to seize.
The household occasion contains inflatable bounce homes, refreshments, family-friendly actions, assets, and extra.
“The Easter Egg drop is at all times a fun-filled occasion that I look ahead to seeing the children dashing to fill their baskets with eggs,” stated Mayor Davis.
It takes place on April 15th, from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on the Augusta Widespread. The Annual Easter Egg Drop is free and open to the general public.
There will probably be a particular part for youngsters 3-years of age and youthful. The primary egg drop will probably be at midday for youngsters ages 4- 8 years. The second egg drop is for youngsters ages 9 – 12 years at 12:30 p.m.
