Suspect arrested in Old Savannah Rd. homicide
Shortly after 10 p.m. Oct 15, deputies responded to the 1900 block of Previous Savannah Rd. for a name of “photographs fired”. After they arrived on the scene, they discovered twenty-year-old Tymarkus Starks of Hephzibah with a minimum of one gunshot wound. He died on the scene.
