Pineapple Ink Tavern Proprietor, Allan Soto says patrons can count on the brand new restaurant to serve conventional cuban dishes however with a twist. “I THINK ITS JUST GONNA BE REALLY WELL RECEIVED BECAUSE AGAIN WE WANT TO MAKE OUR FOOD VERY APPROACHABLE BECAUSE CUBAN FOOD IS VERY TRADITIONAL, FAMILY FOOD… ALL THE FOOD IS VERY SIMPLE BUT VERY PLAYFUL AND FLAVORFUL.”
