Crashes cause afternoon traffic problems on both sides of river

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Crashes induced site visitors issues Wednesday afternoon on reverse ends of the CSRA.

Round 5 p.m., site visitors was shifting slowly on eastbound Interstate 20 off the Horizon Parkway exit close to Grovetown. The crash occurred at 4:20 p.m. between a automobile and a bike, in line with dispatchers. Accidents had been reported. I-20 was clear by 5:25 p.m.

In the meantime, a five-car pileup blocked eastbound lanes of Augusta Street at Outdated Cherokee Drive in Aiken County. One individual suffered minor accidents in that crash.
