City of Augusta begins discussions for 2024 budget

Commissioners and department directors met Wednesday for long-form discussions on the 2024 fiscal year budget. The meeting included break-out sessions to share and address concerns about spending, areas of need, identify challenges, and identify strategies that are currently working.
