HOPE, Ark. – A Texas woman is dead following a crash Monday afternoon in Hempstead County, Arkansas.
According to Arkansas Department of Public Safety, Rhana Shahi, 29, of Fort Worth, was headed west on Interstate 30 when she lost control of her vehicle and hit a tree about 2 p.m.
She was pronounced dead at Whatley Regional Medical Center.
