Arkansas turning down remaining federal rental assistance

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson on Friday stated he was refusing most of $146 million in federal pandemic rental help the state was to obtain, citing the state’s low unemployment charge and financial local weather.

With Hutchinson’s resolution, Arkansas joins Nebraska in turning down the most recent spherical of pandemic rental help funds.
