Arkansas Secretary of State calls recreational marijuana ballot measure “insufficient”

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KAIT) – The Arkansas Secretary of State declared a poll measure to permit for leisure marijuana use within the state to be “inadequate” to look on the November poll.

On Tuesday, Sept. 13, John Thurston made the choice as a request from the Arkansas Supreme Courtroom, which issued the state official a Wednesday deadline to resolve whether or not the modification was ample or not.
