Russia-Ukraine: Zelenskyy to deliver virtual address to Congress Wednesday, Pelosi and Schumer say

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is predicted to deal with members of Congress on Wednesday, as Russia continues its multi-front warfare towards Ukraine.

In a letter to members of Congress Monday, Home Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Senate Majority Chief Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., stated america “and the world are in awe of the individuals of Ukraine, who’ve proven extraordinary braveness, resilience and dedication within the face of Russia’s unprovoked, vicious and unlawful warfare.”

“As warfare rages on in Ukraine, it’s with nice respect and admiration for the Ukrainian folks that we invite all Members of the Home and Senate to attend a Digital Tackle to america Congress delivered by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine on Wednesday, March sixteenth at 9:00 a.m.,” Pelosi and Schumer wrote, noting that solely members of Congress are invited to attend.

Pelosi and Schumer wrote that Congress “stays unwavering” in its “dedication to supporting Ukraine as they face Putin’s merciless and diabolical aggression.”

In addition they wrote that they’re dedicated to “passing laws to cripple and isolate the Russian economic system in addition to to ship humanitarian, safety and financial help to Ukraine.”
