Nikki Haley skeptical of UN Human Rights Council investigation of Russian war crimes: ‘Better late than never’

Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley is skeptical the U.N. Human Rights Council will probably be thorough in its freshly-announced investigation of alleged Russian struggle crimes in Ukraine, she informed Fox Information Digital Thursday.
