Reporter froze a pair of denims in minutes throughout ‘epic’ chilly blast in Vermont

WCAX reporter Melissa Cooney studies from Burlington, Vermont, saying the record-breaking temperatures within the state are so excessive that her denims froze “rock stable’ in practically fifteen minutes.
