Vermont man cited in fatal shooting of family’s pet dog
MONTPELIER, Vt. (WCAX) – A Vermont man has been cited for cruelty to animals within the deadly taking pictures of a household’s pet canine in Tunbridge.
The Vermont Sport Warden Service says the German shepherd’s proprietor reported the canine lacking on April 20. The canine was discovered lifeless on April 23.
After an investigation, wardens say Damon Dyer, 31, of Tunbridge, was issued a quotation for cruelty to animals. He’s due in courtroom subsequent month.
“This was an unlucky and tragic lack of a beloved household pet,” investigating officer Sport Warden Sgt. Jeffrey Whipple mentioned. “I hope within the close to future the household can discover some peace.”
