12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of northern New York.

* WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult, especially during the
Monday morning commute. Isolated to scattered power outages are
possible.
