“RIAC is pleased to welcome its newest team member to the Police Department, K9 Officer Earl.

Earl and his handler, Patrol Officer Amber Perez, have completed 11 weeks of training through the DHS’s K9 program.

Officer Perez was awarded the “Distinguished Honor Graduate” Award for finishing as the top handler in her class.

Say hello to Earl when you see him on your travels, but no petting, he is busy working!”
