13 former Allegheny Co. employees suing over COVID-19 vaccine requirement

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A number of former Allegheny County staff are submitting go well with over COVID-19 vaccine necessities.

Within the federal lawsuit, 13 former county employees say they have been denied non secular or medical exemptions from the vaccine requirement.

The Tribune-Overview stories that these staff have been fired when the December 1, 2021 deadline went into impact final yr.

The employees declare county management ignored their non secular beliefs, medical histories, and pure immunization when denying exemption.
