PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Two members of the Jewish Federation of Higher Philadelphia are headed to Ukraine this weekend.

The group’s CEO, Michael Balaban, is a type of flying to help Jewish refugees and to doc first-person accounts from refugees.
