Philadelphia police investigate deadly shooting near pawn shop in Frankford
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Philadelphia police are investigating a Tuesday morning capturing that left a person lifeless within the metropolis’s Frankford part.
The capturing occurred at about 11:30 a.m. within the 1600 block of Margaret Road, exterior of a pawn store.
