SCRANTON, Pennsylvania (WPVI) — Former Pennsylvania Legal professional Common Kathleen Kane is suspected of driving below the affect after a weekend crash in Scranton.

The 2-car crash occurred round 6:30 p.m. Saturday on the nook of Moosic Avenue and Meadow Avenue.
