PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Black Restaurant Week kicked off Friday in Philadelphia.

Companies throughout town are collaborating within the week-long celebration.

That is all about celebrating the flavors of African American, African and Caribbean delicacies whereas supporting native companies.

The marketing campaign goals to create consciousness of Black-owned culinary companies in our group. And this is the fantastic thing about it: you get to strive new eating places or new cuisines for a fraction of the worth.

Star Fusion Categorical in Parkside is without doubt one of the collaborating eating places. It opened in the course of the pandemic.
