Utilizing social media, Collazo engaged in discussions about firearms, sharing photos with potential buyers to facilitate his trafficking activities. This case forms part of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces operation, aiming to dismantle high-level criminal threats in the U.S. through a multi-agency approach.

The case is prosecuted under the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, focusing on curbing illegal firearms trafficking. Sentencing for Collazo is scheduled for August 16, 2024, where he will receive his final judgment from Judge Sinatra.
