Pennsylvania-made pierogis recalled
(WKBN) – The U.S. Meals & Drug Administration introduced Friday that pierogis have been recalled in a number of states.
Dymski Pierogies is recalling a number of types of their Grandma’s Delicacies, Bernat’s and Golden Eagle cheese-filled pierogis as a result of they primary comprise an undeclared milk allergen.
The pierogis have been made in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. In keeping with the recall, the Grandma’s Delicacies have been distributed in Restaurant Depot chain shops and native retail shops in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The FDA says the Bernat’s branded pierogis have been distributed to retail shops in Massachusetts. The Golden Eagle model pierogis have been distributed to New Jersey retail shops.

Studies stated the recall was put in place after it was found {that a} product containing milk was distributed in packaging that didn’t reveal its presence. No sicknesses have been reported.
