Pennsylvania celebrates Charter Day
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Completely happy birthday, Pennsylvania.
March 12 marks the commonwealth’s 342nd birthday. On at the present time in 1681, England’s King Charles II granted William Penn the constitution to create Pennsylvania.
To mark the event, a number of museums are providing free admission and particular applications all through the weekend.
