A 5-year-old lady who police stated was kidnapped in Pennsylvania on Monday night was discovered secure Tuesday at an Exxon station in Caroline County, police stated.
Sheriff Tony Lippa stated the Sheriff’s Workplace obtained a name at 2:48 p.m. from an individual who reported seeing a automobile and a baby who had been on an Amber Alert from Pennsylvania. The caller gave police a license plate quantity that had been supplied within the alert.
Deputies went to the Exxon at 24270 Rogers Clark Blvd. within the Carmel Church space and recovered the kid. Her mom, 37-year-old Courtney Foulk, was taken into custody on prices associated to the alleged Pennsylvania kidnapping.
