WILDWOOD, New Jersey (WPVI) — A New Jersey grand jury indicted three Wildwood officers for allegedly defrauding the state Well being Advantages Program.

Wildwood Mayor Peter Byron, former Mayor Ernie Troiano Jr., and present Metropolis Commissioner Steven Mikulsk all face prison fees of theft and data tampering.
