Crews battling brush fire in Sayreville, New Jersey
SAYREVILLE, N.J. — Crews are battling a brush fireplace Monday evening in Middlesex County, New Jersey.
Video reveals flames coming from Pink Oak Lane and Jernee Mill Highway in Sayreville.
The New Jersey Forest Hearth Service has been on the scene since responding simply after 5 p.m., when the fireplace began.
To date, no accidents have been reported and we’re instructed no buildings are being threatened.
The reason for the fireplace is underneath investigation.
