Reckless Operation Arrest
TAMWORTH, New Hampshire – On Thursday, September 14, 2023, at approximately 12:09 p.m., Trooper Jevin Fortin was on patrol on Route 16 in Tamworth. During this time, Trooper Fortin observed a blue SUV traveling northbound at a high rate of speed. The initial speed of the blue SUV was clocked 99 MPH and increasing up to 105 MPH, in a posted 55 MPH zone. Trooper Fortin activated his emergency blue lights and stopped the motor vehicle.
