Massachusetts man arrested in attempted abduction of woman near freeway

Burlington police stated Tyler Healey, 23, was taken into custody on Tuesday, Police Chief Thomas Browne stated. He’s charged with assault with intent to rape, try to commit a criminal offense, assault with intent to commit a felony and indecent assault and battery on an individual 14 or older.
