Justin Appleby went 2-2 with a house run, a triple and a couple of walks as Cohasset dropped Blue Hills, 13-2, in nonleague play. … Pete Murphy went 2-3 with 2 RBI as Nauset cruised to a 14-3 victory over Burlington in 5 innings. … Colin Ronayne and Cam Morrison mixed for six hits and 5 RBI as Bridgewater-Raynham outslugged Archbishop Williams, 12-0. … TJ Dimitriou allowed one run in six innings as Xaverian (1-4) defeated Hopkinton, 7-2.

Ethan Hunt pitched an entire sport and hit a three-run homer, serving to Pentucket high Triton, 7-4, in a Cape Ann League sport.

Reagan O’Brien scored 12 targets, together with the four-hundredth of her profession, as Boston Latin cruised to a 16-6 victory over Winchester in a nonleague assembly.

Molly Driscoll had three targets and two assists as Brooks defeated Milton Academy 10-9 within the Unbiased College League.

SOFTBALL

Kaitlyn Breslin went 4 for 4 with two dwelling runs and a double as St. Mark’s topped BB&N,15-3, in a six inning Unbiased College League sport.

Morgan Barmash was 4-for-5 with a house run and Erin Govostes added three hits as Woburn (4-1) defeated Latin Academy 13-8 in a nonleague contest.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

For the second straight day, a Boston Herald ladies basketball Dream Teamer is leaving. North Quincy standout Orlagh Gormley, who scored a state-record 56 factors in a event sport, is transferring to Dexter Southfield. Additionally heading out of city is Duxbury’s Molly Donovan, who’s tramsferring to St. George’s.
