PORTLAND, Maine (AP) — The primary runway at Portland Worldwide Jetport is again in operation, ending disruptions throughout development.

The runway reopened three days forward of schedule on Friday, permitting resumption of regular flight patterns and a restoration of the airport’s instrument touchdown system.
