CLEMSON — No. 6 Clemson basketball takes on No. 11 Boston College in the second round of the ACC Tournament at the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C.

The Tigers (21-10) enter winners of seven of their last 10 games and are on track for an NCAA Tournament bid. They look to defeat the Eagles (18-14) again on Wednesday (9:30 p.m., ESPN2) after beating them 89-78 on Jan. 13 at Littlejohn Coliseum.

However, Boston College were without its best player, Quinten Post. The fifth-year forward, who made All-ACC second team and tied for fourth in ACC Player of the Year voting, led the Eagles over No. 14 Miami 81-65 Tuesday.

“Boston College, very physical,” Clemson coach Brad Brownell said. “Quinten Post, sure will be an all-league player. (He’s an) outstanding center that stretches you with 3-point shooting and good post play.”

The winner of this matchup will advance to the ACC Tournament quarterfinals to battle No. 3 Virginia (22-9) on Thursday (9:30 p.m., ESPN/ESPN2).
