Three-time NBA champion Boston Celtics alumnus Paul Silas has handed away at age 79 per the Boston Globe’s Bob Ryan, sending shockwaves by means of the broader Celtics alumni and NBA communities.

The Creighton standout performed for Atlanta Hawks, Phoenix Suns, Denver Nuggets, and Seattle SuperSonics organizations over the course of his profession as a participant past Boston, and the Charlotte Hornets, Cleveland Cavaliers, and a number of other different ball golf equipment as a head or assistant coach over a three-decade profession on the opposite facet of the clipboard.
