Milroy Becomes 8th Democrat to Quit Wisconsin Assembly

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A northern Wisconsin lawmaker has determined to not search reelection this fall.

Rep. Nick Milroy of South Vary introduced Thursday that he received’t run November. He stated in a press release that he has spent too many days and nights in Madison away from his spouse and he’s trying ahead to spending extra time together with her and their three kids.

Milroy was first elected to the Meeting in 2008.

Seven different Democrats and 13 Republicans have already introduced they received’t search reelection. Six senators, together with three Democrats and three Republicans, have stated they’re not working once more.
