South Dakota man sentenced to life in federal prison on multiple counts

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A South Dakota man has been sentenced to life in jail after he was discovered responsible on a number of counts by a federal jury.

On Monday, Could 23, 40-year-old Kimo Little Fowl, Sr., of Little Eagle, was sentenced to federal jail for Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Youngster, Felony Intercourse Offense In opposition to a Minor Whereas Required to Register as a Intercourse Offender and for Tampering with a Witness.

Court docket paperwork say the person was required to be registered as intercourse offender after an incident with a minor in 2006. Then in 2016, Little Fowl sexually abused an 11-year-old woman that he was residing with.

The courtroom paperwork go on to say that Little Fowl reached out to a number of potential witnesses earlier than the November 2021 trial, in an effort to steer the woman to alter her assertion.
