South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem says 1-year-old granddaughter ‘already has’ shotgun, rifle

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem raised eyebrows Friday when she stated that her granddaughter, who’s only a 12 months previous, already has a shotgun and a rifle.

Talking on the annual Nationwide Rifle Affiliation conference in Indianapolis, the conservative firebrand advised the gang that her granddaughter, “Little Miss Addie” is already “arrange” for her future with the weapons — and a pony.
