North Dakota names new chief people officer
BISMARCK — North Dakota’s Office of Management and Budget announced that Molly Herrington has been named chief people officer.
“Since joining the state in 2019, Molly has established herself as a tremendous leader and strategic partner to state agencies,” said Joe Morrissette, director of the office.
Herrington served as interim chief for 10 months before being given the official title on Monday, May 22. Prior to that, she worked as director of talent management and development, according to a news release.
“It is an honor to be chosen to serve as the state’s chief people officer,” Herrington said.
Herrington will be replacing Stacey Breuer, who served as the chief people officer from January 2021 to August of 2022.
