RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP/KCAU) — A Pennington County grand jury has indicted a person on a second-degree homicide cost stemming from a taking pictures at a Speedy Metropolis resort final month.

Nineteen-year-old Myron Pourier was shot on the Grand Gateway Lodge on March 19 and died from his accidents April 3.
